We need a file settings_system.xml located along the path of data / system / users / 0, Root and Root-wire, I used Root Explorer
1) Open settings_system.xml in a text editor.
2) replace the value hifi_music_enabled parameter from 0 to 1. reserve
3) replace the value hifi_music_param parameter from 0 to 1. reserve.
4) changing any parameter to any other value (the easiest way to replace hifi_music_enabled back to 0). and click Save and Exit
5) reboot.
6) settings_system.xml open and make sure that hifi_music_enabled hifi_music_param parameters and values 1.
7) go to any player and enjoy the sound
PS fourth item is a feature of Root Explorer. after the restart he restores the last backup (saving penultimate).
PPS hi-fi does not mean louder, hi-fi means better, smoother transitions and soft sound ....
